Gary Frazier

Infinity Property and Casualty

“I have conducted business with Sherry with 2 of her previous employers and she is one of those people you just want to stay in touch with and see what she is up to next. Her current role as leader of What a Concept! fits her best of all. We have chosen her to consult with our company because she understands leading edge collaborative technologies and their strategic applications to business. Sherry specializes in helping organizations adapt business models and processes to take advantage of these technologies and she is extremely effective at helping more mature organizations grasp the value, importance, and spirit of collaboration and partnership with customers, employees, and vendors. We have grappled with how to adapt our current training program to take advantage of collaborative technologies such as blogs and wikis. Sherry's guidance was a huge catapult in the right direction.” December 28, 2007

“At NeatWorks Inc we understand that life on the web as we know it is changing and we wanted to learn about Web 2.0; its implications, opportunities and most of all how our clients could benefit from it. I know no one personally that understands social media and its application in a business environment than Sherry Heyl. I have had 2 coaching sessions with her and each time I leave with something that my company can implement or discuss with a client. Not only does Sherry know what she is talking about, she is passionate about it.” March 13, 2007
